Upcoming outage
Tuakiri is planning two outages to upgrade the Federation Registry.
Outage schedule

Thursday, 20 February 2014, 10am to 2pm | Tuakiri-TEST Federation Registry | There is no impact expected to affect end users using Tuakiri to log into services registered with Tuakiri-TEST.

Thursday, 27 February 2014, 10am to 2pm | Production Tuakiri Federation Registry | There will be minimal (<1 hour) or no impact expected to affect end users using Tuakiri to log into services registered with Tuakiri.

Why are these outages necessary?
These outages will allow Tuakiri to upgrade to a new version of the Federation Registry software. This is part of our continued service improvement programme to provide our customers with a robust and reliable access federation service.
What will be done?
Tuakiri will move the Federation Registry service hosting to the University of Auckland's new Tamaki Data Centre facility and at the same time, upgrade the Federation Registry software from version 1.2.3 to version 2.3.1.
What do I need to do?
Please plan to make any required changes to your entries in the Federation Registry outside of the outage window. No action is required, as the outages will not impact the operation of any IdP or SP.
