Federation Registry outage
In February 2014, Tuakiri had to postpone the upgrade of the production Tuakiri Federation to version 2 due to organisational issues.
A workaround for these issues has been found, and now Tuakiri is planning an outage to upgrade the production Federation Registry.
Impact – End-users
Impact – Administrators of Identity Providers and Service Providers

Production Tuakiri Federation Registry
There is no impact expected to affect end users using Tuakiri to log into services registered with Tuakiri.
Administrators will be unable to access the service to administer their registration entries.
Why is this outage necessary?
This outage is necessary for Tuakiri to upgrade the production Federation Registry to version 2.x, as part of a continued service improvement programme to provide our customers with a robust and reliable access federation service. This upgrade will bring both test and production Federation Registry environments up to the same software version.
What will be done?
Tuakiri will upgrade the production Federation Registry software from version 1 to version 2.
What do I need to do?
Please plan to make any required changes to your entries in the production Federation Registry outside of the outage window. No action is required, as the outage will not impact the operation of any IdP or SP.
